I AM PRO-SPANKING!!!
I'm watching the Tyra show right now & there's this heated debate on spanking.
I believe that it's okay to discipline your child by spanking. When a Young child is behaving foolishly you can't reason with them. You need to tear up their behind!! Spanking has NOTHING to do with domestic violence and abuse. There's a THICK line drawn between those things.
When I get older and decide to have children I will spank their behinds until they get old and grey haired if I have too. It's as plain and simple as that.
I don't think that children should be able to disrespect someone and get away with it with a 'talk'. That's teaching nothing. Children need to be brought up knowing both forms of punishment: spankings and verbal punishment like getting things taken away.
